Cookie Policy

Cyber Horizon Intelligence Ltd

Effective Date: 9 June 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Cyber Horizon Intelligence Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies when you use our website and platform. This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function, improve performance, and, where used, provide analytics. We also use similar technologies such as your browser's local storage.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

Strictly Necessary Cookies

Essential for the operation of our platform. They include authentication and session management, security and fraud prevention, and load balancing. These cookies do not require consent.

Preferences, Statistics and Marketing Cookies

Our website displays a consent banner that lets you choose whether to allow Preferences, Statistics, and Marketing cookies. At present we set none of these — only strictly-necessary cookies are in use. If we introduce any in future, they will be placed only after you allow the relevant category in the banner, and we will update this policy.

3. What We Store

chi_anon_idCyber HorizonAnonymous identifier used to record your consentStrictly necessaryLocal storage

The two chi_ items are stored in your browser's local storage rather than as traditional cookies. When you make a choice in our consent banner, we also keep a record of it — your choice, a timestamp, and a hashed (non-identifying) form of your IP address — so we can demonstrate that consent was given. We do not currently set analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies.

4. How We Use Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies to operate and secure the platform and to remember your consent choice. We do not use cookies to sell personal data.

5. Managing and Withdrawing Consent

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in our website footer, which reopens the consent banner. You can also control or clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings.

6. Third-Party Cookies

If we introduce third-party services that set cookies (for example analytics), they will be loaded only after you consent to the relevant category, and those providers will be subject to appropriate data protection safeguards.
