This page shows the structure of the Order Form our team issues, for review purposes. A completed, executable copy — with your plan, term, and fees filled in — is provided by our team. Contact sales@cyberhorizon.co or book a demo to get started.

This Order Form is issued under, and incorporates by reference, the Cyber Horizon Intelligence Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) and, where personal data is processed, the Data Processing Agreement. It records the specific plan, term, and fees agreed between the parties. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Agreement.

1. Parties

2. Order Details

3. Term, Renewal and Cancellation

The subscription runs for the Initial Term above and then renews automatically for successive terms of equal length at the then-current price, unless either party gives notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the current term. Cancellation stops the next renewal only; fixed terms run to the end of the paid term and are not refundable mid-term. Renewal, cancellation, and the effect of termination are governed by Section 5 of the Terms of Service.

4. Additional Terms

5. Order of Precedence

This Order Form forms part of the Agreement. In the event of a conflict, the order of precedence is: (1) this executed Order Form; (2) the Data Processing Agreement (on data-protection matters) and the Service Level Agreement (on availability); (3) the Terms of Service. This Order Form is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
